You will manage governance actions, ensure records and deadlines are delivered accurately, and support confidential communications.

Job Title:

Salary: £27,500

Location: Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Purpose of the role & how you will contribute

You will play a central role in supporting the NFU's democratic and commercial governance framework, coordinating board, committee and Council meetings and supporting with our Annual General Meeting and National Officeholder Elections. You will manage governance actions and ensure key records, documentation and deadlines are delivered accurately and on time.

What you'll bring

You will bring strong administrative and organisational skills, experience supporting meetings and senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage competing priorities accurately. You will be a confident communicator, highly proficient in Microsoft 365, proactive in solving problems and committed to delivering a professional, responsive service while handling confidential information with discretion.
