The successful candidate will run matters independently while playing an active role in business development and client relationships, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation.

Qualifications

This role would suit a confident, self-sufficient solicitor who is comfortable running a complex caseload independently while also playing an active role in business development and client relationship building.

• Divorce and dissolution
• Financial remedy proceedings
• High-net-worth financial settlements
• Property and asset division
• Pension sharing arrangements
• Cohabitation disputes
• Separation agreements
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements

Requirements:

• Membership of Resolution
• Family Law accreditation or equivalent recognition
