• Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Family Law.
• Proven experience managing financial remedy matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Confident handling a varied caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle divorce and separation matters within the private family remit.
• Manage financial remedy proceedings from instruction to resolution.
• Advise on high-net-worth financial settlements and related financial orders.
• Take ownership of private children matters where applicable.
• Draft and negotiate pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
• Build professional relationships and develop new business through networking.
