Job summary

NEWELL is seeking a Senior Associate, Facilities Repair & Maintenance to lead Workplace & Facilities services across multiple West EMEA offices. You will drive regional operations, manage budgets, and oversee vendor performance while ensuring safety, compliance, and an engaging employee experience.

You will partner with HR, IT, Security, and Real Estate teams, lead space planning, and support workplace transformation initiatives. Travel about 25% across the West EMEA region is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Office Management, or related field.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets (OPEX/CAPEX), and service delivery.
• Leadership experience in multicultural or remote environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workplace & Facilities operations across multiple West EMEA offices.
• Serve as regional escalation point for workplace and facilities issues.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and enhance employee experience.
• Oversee vendor contracts, performance, and service delivery improvements.
• Lead space planning, office moves, and workplace projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental standards.
• Manage facility maintenance programs and systems.
• Travel across the West EMEA region (≈25%).
