JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Leeds to lead preventive and corrective maintenance across building systems, coordinate external service providers, and ensure safety, quality and environmental standards.

You will drive CAFM-based space management, support renovations and new service lines, mentor colleagues, and manage work orders and change processes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.

Competenze

• Completed technical education/training in relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in industrial Facility Management, preferably in manufacturing or life science environments.
• Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated logistics experience.
• IET wiring regulations Eighteenth Edition.
• City and Guilds 2391-52, proven track record in facility maintenance.

Mansioni

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate external service providers and trade contractors for maintenance activities.
• Process and manage work order tickets through first-level technical support; monitor completion.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards per JLL protocols.
