The role covers service charge management, M&E, compliance and contractor performance, with autonomy across multiple sites and a focus on occupier relations and operational excellence. Salary up to £50,000 plus car allowance, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or property management in a commercial environment.
• Experience with service charges, contractors, M&E and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded and autonomous across multi-site portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operation of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties.
• Prepare, set and manage service charge budgets.
• Monitor expenditure and assist with service charge reconciliations.
• Oversee M&E services, planned preventative maintenance and reactive works.
• Manage contractors and external service providers, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Carry out regular property inspections and identify maintenance or operational needs.
• Ensure statutory compliance, health & safety, and site documentation.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers and act as a key contact for operations.
• Coordinate planned works to minimise disruption to occupiers.
• Support wider property management initiatives and seek delivery improvements.
