Job summary

Robertson Facilities Management (RFM) is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead multi-site service delivery across our education, healthcare, and commercial clients in the UK. You will drive service performance, budget management, and staff development while ensuring robust risk controls and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-disciplined/soft service FM teams.
• A pragmatic and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Experience in subcontractor management.
• Ability to undertake a range of audits from quality, H&S and FSA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding of HR processes.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operational delivery of services.
• Deliver and monitor Service Delivery Plans and KPIs.
• Establish, monitor and supplement resource levels to meet contract requirements.
• Support risk management and jeopardy processes.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and contract development initiatives.
• Coach and develop staff to meet contract requirements.
• Manage site budgets to deliver activities on time and within cost KPIs.
• Conduct audits and workplace inspections as scheduled.
