Job summary

Catch 22 are recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing basis, leading all facilities operations.

You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, catering, compliance and contractor management to ensure a safe, efficient and welcoming environment, with a seat in the leadership team.

The role offers a salary around GBP62,000 per annum and potential pathways to a permanent post in the future.

Qualifications

• Senior facilities management experience.
• Strong compliance and health & safety knowledge.
• Experience managing teams, budgets and contractors.
• NEBOSH qualified or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to start immediately; temporary ongoing; must drive.
