A leading global property and facilities management company is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for buildings in Bromley, Kent. This role involves overseeing services, managing budgets, and improving processes, requiring a strong understanding of facilities management, though not necessarily from an engineering background.
Our client, a global property and facilities management company are recruiting a senior FM for 2 buildings in Bromley, Kent. There is also a disaster recovery site in Surrey. The client is an internation bank.
We are looking for candidates who can manage both hard/soft services. You don't need to come from an engineering discipline but must have knowledge of processes and hard services contracts.
The Senior FM has 2 direct reports - an FM and a Chief Engineer. The full team size is around10-15.
The Senior FM will need to be able to manage and forecast contract spend and form strong relationships with the client and sub contractors, constantly managing process improvement.
Salary: £78300 (potentially flexible)
Car: £5100
Bonus: 16%
