• Supporting your manager with P&L responsibilities, including budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Ensuring our flagship buildings are maintained to the highest standards—visually, operationally, and experientially
• Leading and motivating on-site teams, fostering a culture of ownership, pride, and accountability
• Driving service excellence, compliance, and contractor performance
• Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and innovate service delivery in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing a small, high-quality portfolio, preferably within commercial or trophy assets
• Exceptional people management skills with the ability to lead, coach, and empower teams
• A proactive leader comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
• Experience handling budgets and contributing to P&L strategies
• Attention to detail in building presentation and operational excellence
