Job Summary

A major commercial property occupier is seeking to hire a Utilities Manager (with a Facilities Management background) to join the team. The role is primarily to take responsibility for all matters relating to utilities use and expenditure, requiring experience in creating and delivering an efficient strategy to meet the company's energy-saving goals.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, enthusiastic individual well-versed in current sustainability practices and future opportunities, capable of adding value, reducing costs, and introducing innovation within this dynamic industry.

This role is home-based, with periodic reporting to a Northern Head Office. The package is circa £50,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
