Job summary

Stiles Harold Williams Partnership is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for its Brighton office to lead the management and provision of facilities services within the building, including compliance, hard and soft services, and building maintenance.

You will work closely with Management Surveyors and the team to maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers and service providers, ensuring effective service charge management and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in facilities management and building operations.
• Ability to manage service charges and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities services delivery within the Brighton building.
• Collaborate with Management Surveyors to maintain client relationships.
• Oversee compliance, hard and soft services, and maintenance.

Job description

We are recruiting for a Senior Facilities Manager in our Brighton office to take responsibility for the management and provision of facilities services within the building, including compliance, hard and soft services, building maintenance, and service charge management.Working closely with the Management Surveyors and Team you will be responsible for managing and maintaining excellent relationships with all client interfaces, suppliers and other service providers.
