RNLI is seeking a Senior F2F Fundraising Manager to lead regional teams across the UK and Ireland. You will translate national fundraising strategies into local delivery, drive performance against targets and manage budgets while embedding a culture of continuous improvement and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading high-performing F2F fundraising teams within a charity or fundraising agency environment.
• Proven success coaching and developing managers across geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience delivering F2F fundraising performance in donor acquisition, quality, compliance and people development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a dispersed team of F2F Fundraising Managers across the UK and Ireland.
• Translate national strategies into effective regional delivery plans.
• Drive regional performance against financial and non-financial targets using data insights.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, learning and succession planning.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Gather frontline insight to shape programme strategy and improve supporter experiences.
• Build strong relationships with RNLI stakeholders to support donor acquisition.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and safeguarding compliance.
