Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is recruiting a Senior Façade Engineering Manager to lead a growing technical division on cross-UK remediation, façade and structural projects. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and drive standards and best practice in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes building safety compliance, technical leadership, and client-facing project delivery across residential, commercial and public sector developments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in façade and/or structural disciplines.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams on complex projects.
• Experience delivering national projects with Building Safety Act alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary façade and structural teams across UK projects.
• Oversee façade investigations, structural assessments, remediation schemes and external wall system projects.
• Provide technical expertise across curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, masonry facades, balconies, roofing interfaces, windows and doors.
• Support compliance with Building Safety Act, PAS 9980, Gateway processes and Building Regulations.
• Work with fire engineers on fire strategies, compartmentation and passive fire protection.
• Review structural calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Mentor engineers and develop technical standards within the team.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.
