Job summary

Amida Group is seeking a senior Facade specialist in Greater London to lead concept-to-construction facade projects, applying advanced materials and methods to deliver safe, sustainable and aesthetically appealing façades.

The role involves reviewing manufacture processes, selecting materials, and coordinating with clients, contractors and sub-contractors, with strong knowledge of BS and Eurocodes. A UK driving licence is desirable.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Architecture or equivalent degree.
• MSc in Facade Engineering is advantageous.
• UK Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacture processes and factory testing.
• Select facade materials.
• Apply knowledge of BS and Eurocodes to projects.
• Lead projects from concept to construction.
• Communicate facade designs with clients, contractors and sub-contractors.
• Prepare specification writing and reports.
• Review sub-contractor technical submittals.
