Job summary

A renewable energy company is seeking a Fabrication Yard H&S Advisor. The role involves conducting audits and inspections of third-party contractor facilities across Europe, supporting health and safety engineers, and mentoring personnel on health and safety improvements. The ideal candidate will have a detailed knowledge of offshore construction best practices and experience in a senior role. This full-time position requires hybrid working with travel to various sites in the UK and overseas.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with personnel at a senior level within Contractor organisations.
• Detailed knowledge of Environmental considerations in Offshore Construction.
• Experience in rolling out Safety Campaigns to site locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Audits, Inspections and Site walkdowns of third-party contractor Fabrication Facilities.
• Support H&S Engineers for OFTO Offshore, FOU / IAC and WTG.
• Engage with Tier 1 Contractors' Site and Health and Safety Management team.

Skills

Detailed knowledge of Offshore Construction Health and Safety Best Practice

Ability to influence personnel across cultures

Experience in mentoring personnel on HS improvement

Understanding of the core methodology of Offshore Turbine/Foundation
