Job summary

A leading developer in the offshore renewable energy sector is seeking an Onshore Senior HSE Advisor to join their QHSE Department. This full-time position, based in Norwich, calls for a minimum of 3 years' experience in HSE, ideally in onshore renewables. You'll be responsible for promoting safe work practices, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Excellent communication skills and NEBOSH certification are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables or windfarm construction.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and incident investigation.
• Demonstrable experience in dealing with 3rd party contractors regarding HSE.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices and assist in eliminating potential hazards.
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate and report safety inspections and incident investigations.
