The Milner York, a four-star hotel in the heart of York, invites an experienced Food & Beverage leader to take the helm of its multi-outlet operation. This senior, hands-on role requires strategic thinking and a hands-on approach to service, coaching the management team and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Four-star hotel F&B experience is essential.
• Experience managing managers and supervisory teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to drive revenue.
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage and hospitality operations.
• Leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B operation across three outlets including Garden Room, Peaches Bar & Grill and Swollen Gambler.
• Set strategy, analyse performance and coach management team.
• Drive revenue, profitability and upselling through promotions and events.
• Manage budgeting, stock, labour and compliance.
• Develop and implement F&B initiatives to enhance guest experiences.
