Job summary

Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh family, is hiring an External Reporting Manager to lead the statutory and regulatory reporting in a FCA regulated environment. The role is hybrid with 1–2 days in our Leeds or Harrogate office, reporting to Head of External Reporting & Financial Control.

You will coordinate year-end financial statements, ensure IFRS compliance, manage external auditors, and drive risk and controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with extensive external reporting experience.
• Experience producing financial statements and leading teams.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and regulatory reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate year-end process of the annual financial statements.
• Ensure annual financial statements comply with IFRS and legal requirements.
• Manage relationship with external auditors and tax advisers.
• Deliver regulatory, tax and other external reporting deliverables.
• Be involved in legal entity life cycle activities during expansion plans.
• Provide technical accounting, regulatory reporting and horizon scanning.
• Implement and embed a high quality risk and control framework.
• Take responsibility for information provision to external audit within deadlines.
• Work with Financial Control to ensure complete ledger-based reporting.
• Deputise for Group Financial Controller for External Reporting activities.
