Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a Group External Reporting Manager based in York, Norwich, Bristol, Sheffield, Glasgow or Perth with 50% hybrid working. The role focuses on consolidation, IFRS/IFRS 17 targets, and external messaging for the Group.

It offers exposure to regulatory reporting and collaboration with senior stakeholders across the business. Ideal candidates are Big 4 trained accountants with financial services or insurance experience, able to manage multiple reporting timelines and ensure

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with Big 4 training preferred.
• Experience producing financial analysis, reports, presentations and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Consolidation & external reporting for Aviva Group and IFRS targets.
• Support regulatory and statutory reporting, including annual and interim results.
• Collaborate with FP&A, investor relations, technical accounting and other groups.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of consolidation and reporting processes.
