Marks Sattin is seeking an experienced finance professional in Leeds to lead consolidation, statutory reporting, and tax compliance for the group. You will drive the month-end cycle, prepare disclosures, and support governance and process improvements across the finance function.

The role collaborates with local teams and external advisors to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliant financial statements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with IFRS and consolidation processes.
• Experience leading month-end/quarter-end close cycles.
• Strong ability to prepare/review financial disclosures and analyses.

Responsibilities

• Lead group consolidation and deliver IFRS-compliant statements.
• Coordinate statutory financial statements across entities.
• Manage tax reporting activities and liaise with advisors.
• Coordinate external audits and respond to auditor queries.
• Support governance, controls, and reporting system improvements.
