Job summary

Intapp, Inc. in Belfast is seeking a Senior Analyst, External Reporting to join our finance team. You will support US GAAP reporting, SEC disclosures, and ICFR documentation, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires Chartered Accountant designation with 2–4 years post-qualification experience, Big 4 exposure, and proficiency with Shareworks, Workiva, and NetSuite. This is a on-site Belfast-based position with a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• CA with 2-4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
• Experience with ICFR framework and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in complex financial reporting deliverables.
• Proficiency with Shareworks, Workiva and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stock-based compensation analyses under US GAAP.
• Prepare SEC disclosures quarterly and annually (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy) per US GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Develop supporting schedules and documentation for earnings releases and footnote disclosures.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across stock administration, HR, tax, treasury, legal, and investor relations.
• Support ad hoc projects and analyses, including process automation and other technical accounting or financial reporting initiatives.
