Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
• Strong ICFR framework knowledge and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex reporting deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare stock-based compensation analyses per US GAAP.
• Prepare SEC disclosures quarterly and annually (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy).
• Develop supporting schedules and footnotes for earnings releases and investor materials.
• Collaborate across stock admin, HR, tax, treasury, legal, IR.
• Support ad hoc projects, process automation, and other technical accounting initiatives.
