Intapp, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, External Reporting to join the team in Belfast. Reporting to the Manager, External Reporting and Technical Accounting, the role focuses on U.S. GAAP external reporting and compliance responsibilities.

The ideal candidate brings US public company experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a board range of reporting deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
• Strong ICFR framework knowledge and documentation.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex reporting deliverables.

Responsabilités

• Prepare stock-based compensation analyses per US GAAP.
• Prepare SEC disclosures quarterly and annually (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy).
• Develop supporting schedules and footnotes for earnings releases and investor materials.
• Collaborate across stock admin, HR, tax, treasury, legal, IR.
• Support ad hoc projects, process automation, and other technical accounting initiatives.
