Senior Exposure Management Reporting Analyst (15630) City of London, England

Job Title: Senior Exposure Management Reporting Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid Working, 3 days in office)

Role Objective:
This is an important role supporting Aspen’s exposure management capabilities within man-made catastrophe risk. The analyst will analyze risk information and develop insights for insurance and reinsurance reporting, both internal and external. Exposure management here refers to managing risk accumulations from various man-made perils, including casualty, cyber, terror, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and submit all regulatory and agency reports for the team.
• Manage reporting timetables for internal and external reporting, ensuring data availability.
• Conduct management review and approval processes, understanding and rationalizing movements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on all reporting, providing guidance and interpretation.
• Contribute to methodologies and risk assessments to meet regulatory expectations.
• Own and maintain the man-made Principles Based Oversight for the Syndicate entity.
• Update and maintain Exposure Management policies, procedures, and frameworks.

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience with key regulatory returns (RDS preferred).
• Experience developing processes for new regulatory requests.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Knowledge of key regulatory reports such as Lloyd’s RDS and BMA’s BSCR.
• Understanding of regulatory standards and expectations.
