Job summary

Tesco Stores Limited seeks an experienced Experimentation and Analytics professional to lead our testing programme across digital products. You will work with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design robust experiments and deliver actionable insights that drive customer experience and business results.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, use Adobe Analytics and other tools to evaluate test results, and contribute to prioritising the product roadmap while upholding our

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing experimentation activity delivering commercial impact
• Customer-centric mindset focused on user experiences
• Experience with testing platforms such as Optimizely and Leanplum
• Experience manipulating, analysing and synthesising data from multiple sources
• Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience challenging the status quo and delivering innovation

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and deliver business impact
• Plan, run and analyse AB and MVT testing from start to finish
• Build and test hypotheses and translate results into actionable recommendations
• Analyse results and present insights to stakeholders
• Use analytics tools to segment results and evaluate test impact
• Contribute to prioritisation and help shape product roadmap
• Act with integrity and in line with business codes of conduct
