Job summary

The Senior Experiential Event Executive role sits within THE·TEAM’s Brand Experience Division at LIVE·TEAM, hybrid work across London and Orpington. You will plan and deliver best-in-class brand experiences, managing supplier relationships, budgeting and client communications to ensure successful activations.

You will lead on project timelines, coordinate staffing and third parties, and deliver compelling presentations and post-event case studies to demonstrate impact and ROI.

Qualifications

  • Experiential / live events experience knowledge, both planning and on site is preferred
  • Budget management experience is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent planning and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Creative thinking - the ability to come up with forward thinking experiential ideas
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple activations with tight deadlines
  • Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues as they arise
  • Ability to enthuse and motivate others
  • Presentation skills (writing and delivery), including PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, clients and partners
  • Support on project scoping, budgeting and proposals
  • Admin support to account leads (research, quotes, PO’s, invoices, logistics)
  • Efficient meeting management and action notes
  • Maintain project timelines and deadlines
  • Coordinate staffing partners and third parties for delivery
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost management
  • Oversee event activation including venue sourcing, staffing, branding and on-site support
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and internal teams
  • Prepare post-event reports and robust case studies
  • Communicate with line manager and account team regularly
  • Foster strong internal and client team relationships
  • Leverage LIVE·TEAM experience to improve account quality
  • Stay informed on market trends affecting the client’s business
  • Lead by example to ensure high standards of work
  • Grow the account by promoting LIVE·TEAM services

The Senior Experiential Event Executive role sits within our Brand Experience Division at LIVE·TEAM, working on established brands both in and out of sport.

The role is varied across multiple accounts throughout the year, and as a key member of the team, you will be involved in the planning and delivery of events from start to finish, always striving to create best in class brand experiences for our clients.

This will be a hybrid working role, working from both our London and Orpington office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
  • Development and management of own relationship with suppliers, clients and partners
  • Support on project scoping, budgeting and building out initial proposals
  • Admin support to account leads such as research, requesting quotes, raising PO’s, processing invoices and team logistics support
  • Efficient meeting management, preparation and write up of notes and actions, ensuing they are shared with the client and other stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Ownership of project timelines ensuring deadlines are clearly communicated and adhered to
  • Co-ordinate and manage staffing partners, production suppliers and any other third parties engaged for the delivery of projects
  • Assistance with financial elements of accounts – budget tracking, PO’s, supplier invoicing/cost management
  • Event activation – involved in all aspects of the events including venue sourcing, staffing, branding, creative execution, on-site support and supplier communications
  • Deliver well written presentations in both content and narrative
  • Ownership of post event report and creation of robust case studies
  • Upwardly manage communication and information flow to line manager and account team
  • Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit internally and amongst client teams
  • Draw upon experience from across LIVE·TEAM where relevant, to optimise quality of work provided on the account
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of market trends for client’s business
  • Lead by example: set standards and ensure best practice and high quality of work
  • Proactively seek ways to grow the account by becoming an ambassador of LIVE·TEAM services so they are front of mind when opportunities present themselves
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
  • Experiential / live events experience knowledge, both planning and on site is preferred
