Qualifikationen

• Experience in project managing exhibition stands from concept to completion.
• Understanding floorplans and floor plan reading.
• Flexible with travel and irregular hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.

Aufgaben

• Deep relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
• Pricing designs and preparing quotations for clients.
• Develop, produce and deliver projects from brief to delivery.
• Create and manage timelines and priorities for each job.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• On-site project management and exhibitor liaison during build-up and breakdown.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors in the UK and overseas.
• Maintain records on the company’s software systems.
• Ensure health and safety documentation is completed as required.
