Job summary

Whitespace Group is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multiple exhibition projects from concept through delivery. You will coordinate internal teams, manage budgets and ensure high standards of service for exhibitors.

Reporting to the Director of Account Management, the role involves onsite delivery, client meetings and occasional evening/weekend work during events. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in exhibitions, events or project management.
• Experience managing budgets and deadlines.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using FileMaker or similar PM software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple exhibition and event projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams across Design, Graphics, Production, Warehouse and Installation.
• Attend client meetings and provide onsite project management during build and breakdown.
• Support Customer Experience during busy periods and assist exhibitors with inquiries.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets and revenue tracking.
