About The Role

You’ll join the Beiersdorf team as a Programmatic Senior Executive and support the team as we design ways to use programmatic buying to solve a client or agency business challenge.

About The Role

You’ll join the Beiersdorf team as a Programmatic Senior Executive and support the team as we design ways to use programmatic buying to solve a client or agency business challenge.

The Performance team at OMD EMEA comprises 50+ experts managing activity on a global scale across multiple digital media channels. This team is responsible for strategic planning and buying of media advertising, as well as leading the EMEA region in best practices, training, and innovation. The team works across multiple regions, clients, and media to optimize performance and deliver results.

The Media team is part of the wider Performance Team, which includes Paid Social, Display & Programmatic, and Affiliate & Lead Gen experts, all working together to develop effective strategies for our clients.

About You
  • Some experience managing programmatic marketing/advertising accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with setting up, optimizing, and reporting using at least one DSP.
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and publisher offerings.
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign elements, including creatives.
  • Ability to analyze ongoing results to ensure budget pacing and performance targets are met; escalate issues as needed.
  • Understanding of budget management and DSP functionalities.
  • Experience with brand safety/ad verification tools, including implementation, reporting, and optimization.
  • Ability to work with the team to respond to briefs and build media plans.
