Job description

Are you ready to be the strategic right hand to a CEO?

Do you thrive in high-profile, fast-paced environments?

Can you lead with discretion, precision, and purpose?

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organised Senior Executive Assistant who’s ready to step into a pivotal role supporting the CEO. You’ll be a trusted partner, a strategic thinker, and a calm, capable presence in the room—whether that’s with elected officials or executive directors. If you’re looking for a role where your skills will be seen, valued, and make a real impact—this is it.

You will be confident, proactive, and a highly organised Senior Executive Assistant. You’ll be a natural relationship builder, a master of logistics, and a calm presence under pressure. If you’re someone who brings energy, initiative, and a passion for operational excellence read on….

,

This is not your average EA position. As Senior Executive Assistant, you’ll be embedded in the Chief Executive’s office, working closely with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and key national stakeholders. You’ll be supporting how the organisation engages with government, industry, and the public.

What Makes This Role Stand Out

  • Direct engagement with MPs, ministers, and senior executives—you’ll coordinate high-level meetings, briefings, and correspondence that influence national priorities.
  • Strategic support to the CEO—from diary and inbox management to preparing for site visits and public appearances, you’ll ensure the CEO is always one step ahead.
  • Directing the EA team— ensuring consistency in forward planning, process improvements, and cross-organisational alignment.
  • A seat at the table—you’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing team that supports the organisation’s most senior leaders.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to be more than just a support function—you’ll be a key player in a mission-driven organisation, with visibility, responsibility, and the chance to grow.

We don’t expect candidates to meet every single desired qualification. If your experience looks a little different from what we've identified and you think you can bring value to the role, we'd love to learn more about you!
