Candidate Profile & Must-Have Attributes C-level executive support experience (8+ years) in high-performance environments. Preferably from an IT / Systems company, sized 500-1000 staff headcount.
Strong organisational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to anticipate needs.
Gravitas and confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders, board members, and investors.
High-level discretion and confidentiality—capable of navigating sensitive information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to craft executive-level messaging.
Tech proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, expense management systems, and collaboration platforms.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential.
