Job summary

Bolton Wanderers Football Club is seeking an ambitious Events Sales Manager to grow our non-matchday events business and lead the sales team from our Toughsheet Community Stadium in Bolton. You will drive new business across the Premier Suite and Conference & Events offerings, while coaching and developing the sales executives to improve pipeline, conversions, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales or business development within events, hospitality, venues or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and secure new business across Premier Suite and Conference & Events.
• Lead and develop the non-matchday events sales team with coaching and direction.
• Deliver team revenue targets and manage pricing, proposals, and discounting.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure CRM usage and timely reporting.
• Ensure professional customer service from enquiry to delivery and post-event follow-up.
