Inconnection in Manchester seeks a Senior Event Project Manager to lead end-to-end event delivery, manage client accounts, and oversee budgets and supplier coordination. The role focuses on operational excellence in event logistics across a pipeline of large-scale events, including on-site delivery where needed.

You will maintain strong client relationships, monitor satisfaction, and drive strategic opportunities with teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering events end to end while managing client accounts.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to develop strategies and organise tasks to a high standard.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; CRM Dynamics preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee own pipeline of large events.
• Manage multiple event timelines and projects simultaneously.
• Lead events throughout the full lifecycle, with on-site delivery when required.
• Act as main point of contact with clients and stakeholders; build relationships and drive opportunities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction post-sale to ensure high service levels.
• Oversee finance (CRM) and ensure regular checks and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Client Services to implement strategic opportunities.
• Control and review budgets for large-scale projects.
• Create client proposals and update running orders to high standards.
• Contribute to Inconnection's strategic objectives and adapt to evolving needs.
