Job summary

Oak View Group’s Town Hall Spaces in central London is seeking a highly organised Senior Event Planner to join our events planning team. You’ll take ownership of events from enquiry through delivery, crafting bespoke experiences that blend premium food and exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll work closely with clients, culinary teams, operations, and external partners to ensure every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly executed, with creativity and attention to detail at the fore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning and hospitality events at premium venues.
• Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple events and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of events from enquiry to post-event completion.
• Build strong client relationships and create bespoke proposals reflecting briefs and brand identities.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Creative and Operations teams to develop concepts.
• Produce accurate function sheets, quotations and planning docs for seamless delivery.
