Job description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Producer to join an ambitious, fast-growing experiential agency delivering high-quality live events and brand experiences for global clients.

This is an end-to-end production role for someone who can lead complex projects, manage budgets of £500k+, build strong client relationships and bring creative ideas to life. You'll be comfortable working across strategy, creative, content and technical production, ensuring every project is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.

Alongside leading your own projects, you'll support junior team members, collaborate closely with senior leadership and contribute to pitches and the continued growth of the business.

The Role
  • Lead projects from initial concept and pitching through to production and on-site delivery.
  • Develop project plans and critical paths, coordinating teams, resources and deadlines.
  • Manage budgets of £500k+, including supplier quotes, purchase orders, invoicing and scope changes.
  • Work across creative, strategy, content and technical teams to develop effective event solutions.
  • Brief, source and manage suppliers and delivery partners, ensuring quality, cost and timelines are maintained.
  • Anticipate project challenges, identify solutions and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Prepare accurate production documentation, schedules and on-site plans.
  • Build trusted client relationships, managing expectations and offering solutions that support project objectives.
  • Contribute to pitches, presentations and new business opportunities, including developing existing client relationships.
  • Lead post-event reviews, capture learnings and identify opportunities to improve delivery.
  • Support and develop junior colleagues, sharing knowledge and encouraging high standards.
  • Consider sustainability, accessibility and responsible working practices throughout project delivery.
About You
  • 7+ years' experience in live events, ideally within an experiential or events agency.
  • Proven experience leading complex events and managing budgets of £500k+.
  • Strong project management skills, with excellent organisation, attention to detail and financial awareness.
  • Confident working across creative, strategic, content and technical disciplines.
  • A good understanding of event production, set design, materials, suppliers and practical delivery considerations.
  • An effective communicator who builds strong relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Calm under pressure, able to manage competing priorities and make considered decisions.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Enjoys supporting and developing others, while remaining open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Interested in contributing to pitches, client development and the wider growth of an agency.
The Working Environment

The agency operates a hybrid model, with three days a week in the office and two days working from home. Flexible core hours support a collaborative, people-focused culture, with a strong emphasis on professional development and maintaining high standards as the business grows.

The role involves UK and international travel.

If you're an experienced Senior Producer who enjoys combining creative thinking, commercial responsibility and excellent live event delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
