Royall, a leading integrated agency, is seeking an experienced Event Project Director to move beyond logistics into strategic experiences that drive change and performance. You will partner with creative specialists to shape how audiences think and act, delivering high-profile events across live, virtual, and hybrid formats.

You will own complex projects from brief to delivery across B2B, B2C, and internal audiences, build strong client relationships, lead pitches, mentor junior team members,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of agency event experience across conferences, roadshows, activations, and awards.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of large-scale events across live, virtual, and hybrid.
• Strong commercial acumen and budgeting for complex projects.
• Excellent communication, resilience, and adaptability to fast pace.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety standards and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own complex event projects from brief to delivery across B2B, B2C, and internal audiences.

• A strong commercial acumen and comfort with managing complex project budgets.

• Sound knowledge of health and safety standards, alongside meticulous attention to detail.

• Take full ownership of complex event projects -spanning B2B, B2C, and internal audiences -from initial brief to successful delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with internal creative specialists to scope and execute strategic, high-quality solutions.
• Build robust, trusting relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, and suppliers, securing repeat business and identifying new opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to pitch proposals and client presentations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members by leading by example and supporting their professional development.
