Job summary

UNIQLO is recruiting a Senior European Payroll Specialist to join our European HR Payroll team in London. You will report to the European Payroll Manager and collaborate with local HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate, compliant payroll across EU markets.

The role focuses on payroll accuracy, mobility and immigration governance, and strategic input into EU policies and tools. You will coordinate with tax advisors and expats, maintaining high confidentiality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll experience, across multiple EU markets.
• Experience handling expats and mobility processes.
• Fluent English communication, excellent stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU payroll processes for multiple markets.
• Coordinate with EU Payroll Partners, HR Managers and tax advisors.
• Validate payroll data and ensure accuracy across the cycle.
• Oversee expat payroll, mobility, and immigration compliance.
• Support month-end and quarterly payroll reporting for Finance.
