Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll Senior Specialist to join their European headquarters in London. The role focuses on end-to-end payroll governance across EU markets, and on managing expatriate mobility with strong internal and external collaboration.

You will partner with regional EU HR managers and payroll teams, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and policies. A hybrid work model and a generous benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• 1,000+ employees payroll experience in large-scale environments.
• Deep knowledge of taxation principles, expat rules, and HRIS platforms.
• Fluent English with ability to collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• EU Payroll Governance: Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across European markets with compliance and month-end reporting.
• Global Mobility & Immigration: Lead mobility for expatriates, coordinate with external tax advisors and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic Improvement: Deliver input to elevate EU HR policies, payroll systems, and compliance tools.
