PayPoint plc in Welwyn Garden City is seeking an experienced Senior EUC Engineer to join our IT Team. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide expert 1st and 2nd line support across desktops, laptops, mobile and AV equipment, helping maintain a high standard of service.

You’ll work onsite five days a week with occasional home days, collaborate with infrastructure and 3rd party teams, document knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to EUC refresh projects to keep our technology aligned

Formación

• Experience in EUC/IT support environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to manage assets and lifecycle planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st & 2nd line end-user IT support across devices.
• Troubleshoot incidents via Halo ITSM system.
• Own issues through to resolution and escalate when needed.
• Maintain Windows 11, Microsoft 365, macOS and AD environments.
• Manage IT assets and lifecycle within Halo ITSM.
• Assist EUC refresh projects (hardware/software).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network and 3rd party teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation & KB articles.
• Follow ITIL-aligned service management processes.
• Work with EUC Team Leader to ensure high service levels.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
