London | Financial Services | Hybrid Working
We're looking for an experienced Senior EUC Engineer to join a growing Digital Employee Experience team within a global financial services organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Desktop, EUC or Endpoint Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and wants to work in an environment where engineering, automation and service improvement are valued just as highly as operational support.
Rather than simply resolving tickets and moving on, you'll be encouraged to investigate root causes, work closely with other technology teams and help deliver long-term improvements that enhance the end-user experience across the organisation.
This role would suit an experienced Desktop Support Engineer, 2nd Line Engineer, EUC Engineer, Endpoint Engineer or Workplace Technology Engineer looking to move into a more engineering-led environment.
You'll play a key role in supporting and improving the firm's end-user computing environment, working across desktop engineering, endpoint management, virtual desktop technologies and workplace support services.
We're keen to speak with candidates who have experience across several of the following areas:
We're interested in engineers who are naturally curious and enjoy understanding how things work.
Why did this happen?
How can we prevent it happening again?
Can this be automated?
How can we improve the employee experience?
You'll take ownership of technical issues, enjoy collaborating with others and be motivated by delivering long-term improvements rather than short-term fixes.
