Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Site Process Engineer to join the EUCF Process Engineering team. The role is onsite at EUK1, working with the FC Senior Leadership Team to deploy initiatives, drive compliance, and deliver productivity gains across EU Fulfillment Centers.

You will lead improvement programs, perform deep-dive analyses, and coordinate with central PE functions. The role involves travel (0–10%) and close collaboration with Site Leaders and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to travel 0-10% within the region.
• Flexibility to work in shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back to Basics initiatives by identifying top opportunities through analysis of bottom 50% processes and EU FC benchmarks.
• Oversee FC improvement programs, conduct deep-dive analysis of process performance and manage action plans.
• Drive EU network best practices, innovation frameworks and ensure projects with $10M+ savings are submitted and deployed.
• Partner with FC Operations through daily Gemba walks and weekly leadership meetings to build relationships and support ad hoc tasks.
• May lead expanded EU Projects across multiple FCs and support site management during peak periods.
