Job summary

Amazon.com, Inc. is seeking a Site Process Engineer to join the EUCF Process Engineering team. This onsite role will be based at EUK1 and collaborate with FC leadership to deploy initiatives and drive productivity improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations or process improvement, strong data analysis skills, and experience with project management and Excel. Willingness to travel 0-10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or process improvement.
• Experience with data analysis and metrics tracking.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to travel 0-10% within the region.
• Flexibility to work in shifts when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify top opportunities through analysis of bottom 50% processes and implement improvement plans.
• Oversee FC improvement programs and manage action plans with central PE functions.
• Drive EU network initiatives and ensure timely deployment with adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with Site Leaders and Senior Management; build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support ad hoc process tasks (up to 10% of time) and lead EU projects as needed.
• Travel 0-10% within the region to support site-level implementations.
