Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Site Process Engineer for the EU Customer Fulfillment Process Engineering team. The role is onsite with no shift rotation, offering opportunities to lead EU-local and EU-wide initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities include data-driven improvements, Lean transformations, and deploying network initiatives across multiple sites, while coordinating with site leadership and central teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics or related field.
• Experience in supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting.
• Experience managing multiple ongoing projects and Excel/data analysis skills.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership.
• Full-time FC presence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making with site benchmarks.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and act as Cost Champion for the building.
• Lead deployment of EU network initiatives across multiple sites and pilots.
• Collaborate with Site Leader and Senior Management Team; mentor SMEs/SSMEs.
