Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd in North London is seeking a Senior Estimator (Main Contractor) to lead cost plans and tender negotiations for residential and mixed-use schemes. You will develop detailed cost plans, BoQs, and collaborate with procurement to secure packages for two-stage tenders.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record with main contractors or developers in residential building, a degree or professional membership, and the ability to commute to North London and work to tight

Qualifications

• Experience leading tenders for residential projects for a main contractor or developer.
• Strong cost planning and two-stage tendering experience.
• Degree qualification or professional body membership.
• Able to commute to North London and hold a full UK driving license.
• Strong teamwork and deadline-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed cost plans and prepare KPIs & benchmarking.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and house/flat type schedules.
• Coordinate with specialist subcontract procurement packages.
• Tender packaged and procure items for cost plans.
• Maintain a library of cost data and cost data comparisons.
