Job summary

Ridgeway & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a main contractor delivering residential and mixed-use projects in Central London. The role focuses on pricing opportunities, supporting pre-construction and commercial teams, and delivering competitive tenders.

Successful candidates will have proven estimating experience with a main contractor, strong knowledge of residential/mixed-use construction, and proficiency with estimating software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Previous estimating experience within a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of residential or mixed-use construction.
• Ability to price multiple construction packages.
• Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and procurement.
• Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience using estimating software and Excel.

Estimator - Main Contractor | Residential Projects

Location: Central London

Salary: £85,000-£100,000 per annum

Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Ridgeway & Co Recruitment are seeking an experienced Estimator to join an established construction main contractor operating across Central London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in pricing residential and mixed-use construction opportunities, working alongside the pre-construction and commercial teams to develop competitive and commercially sound tenders.
