Fluor Corporation is seeking a Principal Estimator to lead multidisciplinary estimating teams on FEED, proposals, and major capital projects. The role focuses on delivering accurate, competitive cost estimates with strong client interaction and leadership across engineering disciplines.

The ideal candidate has extensive EPC experience, oversees Basis of Estimate documentation, and ensures alignment with Fluor procedures and industry standards. International travel may be required.

Formación

• You must have a degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of estimating experience within the EPC industry.
• Significant experience in oil, gas, chemical, energy, or industrial sectors.
• Proven experience leading at least two FEED or proposal estimates with CAPEX > $500 million.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary estimating teams in development of conceptual, FEED, and proposal estimates.
• Develop and execute estimating strategies aligned with project objectives and Fluor best practices.
• Prepare and manage Estimate Development Plans with deliverables, milestones, and responsibilities.
• Lead estimate planning sessions and coordinate estimating activities across Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, and Project Controls.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to estimating personnel to support professional development.
• Prepare detailed capital cost estimates for proposals, FEED studies, and complex projects.
