Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior estimator to lead the delivery of project estimates for major tenders and EPC/EPCM projects. Responsibilities include coordinating estimating teams, ensuring accurate, timely estimates and governance alignment with senior management, while maintaining company standards.

The role requires strong numerical skills, deep experience in pricing and contracting, and proficiency with standard estimating tools.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience at senior or higher level preparing professional pricing or contract tendering.
• High numerical ability with commercial acumen and experience in various contracting models and project scopes.
• Experience engaging with project management, engineering and capture management.

Responsibilities

• Produce proposals and/or project estimates, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate and supervise estimating teams during major detailed cost estimate production.
• Prepare detailed estimating plans with scheduling and responsibilities.
• Manage estimate budgets and workload for the Estimating Section.
• Ensure estimates are completed on time and well-presented per policies.
