Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking aSenior Estimator to join our North West region, based out of our Oldham office 3 days per week and from home 2 days per week. You will lead the estimating process to contract signing, ensuring accurate net costs while aligning with client requirements and current legislation.

You’ll mentor the estimating team, share knowledge, and collaborate with preconstruction, supply chain and design colleagues to drive value and excellence in delivery.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Working towards MCIOB / MRICS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process through to contract signing.
• Mentor the estimating team and collaborate with preconstruction, supply chain and design colleagues.
