Job summary

PreCon Talent are assisting an established commercial office fit-out contractor with the appointment of an experienced Senior Estimator to join their London operation. This is a standalone, office-based role where you will take full ownership of major tenders, independently managing the process from initial enquiry and subcontractor engagement through to final submission.

Senior Estimator | Interior Fit Out - City of London | £120,000 + Benefits

PreCon Talent are assisting an established commercial office fit-out contractor with the appointment of an experienced Senior Estimator to join their London operation.

Our client are looking for a proven, standalone Senior Estimator who is comfortable taking full ownership of major commercial tenders, working independently and without the need for day-to-day supervision.

The successful individual will demonstrate:

• A stable and consistent employment track record within the construction or commercial fit-out sector - ideally with experience of tendering major London commercial fit out schemes up to £30m.
• Extensive experience estimating major commercial office fit-out projects across Central London.
• The ability to independently manage the full tender process, from initial enquiry and subcontractor engagement through to final submission.
• Strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge and the confidence to engage with senior management and project delivery teams.
• A thorough understanding of the London commercial fit-out market and it's supply chain.

This is an office-based appointment in the City of London, suited to an established Senior Estimator who enjoys taking responsibility for their own tenders and operating with a high degree of autonom y.

The position offers a salary of up to £120,000 plus benefits, dependent on experience.
