Enable is seeking a Senior Estimator to join the pre-construction and commercial team in London. The role focuses on energy connections and renewables, with flexibility for other infrastructure sectors. You will lead take-offs, BoQ pricing, and bid submission to win profitable contracts.

You'll collaborate with Bid Managers, QS, and planners, preparing adjudication packs and handing over robust estimates to site teams on contract award.

Competenze

• Proven estimating experience on infrastructure construction projects, energy/power preferred.
• Competence in take-off, BoQ pricing and tender build-ups.
• Experience working with bid teams and procurement processes.

Mansioni

• Prepare estimates and take-off from client tender requirements.
• Collaborate with Bid Manager, QS and planner to finalise methodologies.
• Prepare adjudication packs and present basis of estimate and key assumptions.
• Handover to site teams with handover pack and ongoing support.
